MONTREAL, Dec. 20, 2024—Air Canada is set to enhance the travel experience for more than 2.2 million customers as the holiday season approaches. With plans to serve over 18,000 flights to 160 destinations, the airline is committed to infusing festive cheer into every aspect of the journey.

Passengers flying with Air Canada will be met with extra support at various stages of their journey. The airline has increased the number of customer service agents at airports to assist travelers, ensuring a smooth travel experience. Tom Stevens, Vice President of Canadian Airports and Customer Experience Strategy, emphasized the airline’s dedication to exceptional service, particularly during the bustling holiday season.

Beginning December 16, travelers at major Canadian airports will be greeted with complimentary festive snacks, including Biscoff Cookies and TWIGZ pretzels, providing an extra touch of holiday spirit.

Air Canada is making the journey even more enjoyable by offering complimentary beer and wine on all domestic and U.S. flights. This new addition to the in-flight service allows customers to raise a toast to their travels while enjoying premium snacks and entertainment.
